I greatly enjoyed staying in this peaceful hotel based in a traditional building. The breakfast was included. Had a spacious room to myself with bath and an outside bath tub and the balcony. The venue was in a secluded location really close to the public onsen and the Hakone Open Air Museum. I dined next door to the property at Jurin.

The staff and service were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel's design was modern and stylish on the outside, with large windows providing breathtaking views. The traditional onsen and functional yet dated rooms added to the charm. We loved the Japanese breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff who spoke great English.

The private bath was definitely the best aspect of our stay. We loved having our own space to soak while taking in the amazing mountain view from our balcony. the room was spacious and had huge windows that let in plenty of natural light. We also enjoyed the free coffee and tea provided in the lobby.
The WiFi wasn't great in our room and it was hard to stay connected. we found the breakfast to be quite limited and crowded if you didn't arrive early.
